Your communications system is vital to your business! When it experiences a major failure, you are virtually "out of business." At BTS, we recognize this and have developed the most responsive support organization in the industry. Our customer service center centrally located in Corona, CA. is available with certified technicians, 24 hours a day, seven days a week on an on-call basis. Detailed customer account records in our state-of-the-art system enable us to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. In many cases, we can resolve your problems remotely without even dispatching a technician to your site. However, in cases where there is a need for an on-site visit, you can rest assured that an expert BTS technician will be at your doorstep promptly.
Factory Certifications     
As a total service provider, BTS maintains a full staff of Factory Certified Engineers and Technicians who are all proficient in servicing our complete line of products. Our Customer Service Center, centrally located in Corona, Ca. is available to dispatch certified technicians, 24 hours a day, seven days a week on an on-call basis. Not only is our team of technicians factory trained on ShoreTel, Polycom, Microsoft, Cisco, NEC and much more, but they also have a vast knowledge of their industry and a professionalism that is second to none.
Support Agreement     

  • Standard Service is provided from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.
  • Emergency Service is available on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year (including weekends and holidays.)
  • BTS maintains a complete inventory on spare parts for all telephone systems sold to assure fast and efficient service.
  • Extended Maintenance options are available to extend the support on your new telephone equipment. As a warranty/maintenance customer, you would be eligible for discounts on the new equipment.
