The requirements form is what you’ll use to confirm that your ShoreTel server, PC workstations and network environment meet minimum specifications required for running the new software.

Please complete the form in its entirety, checking each applicable box, entering your initials and signature where designated.

This form is compiled from issues our technicians encountered on previous software upgrades and is intended to help prevent a reoccurrence of these issues during your upgrade process.

Once we’ve received the completed form, we may release the software and begin discussions for a date and time to run the software upgrade.

The build and release notes are provided for your review and contain important information relative to features, compatibility, and known defects.

Please look them over at your first opportunity prior to the upgrade.
