The Nuisance Call Handler monitors for nuisance calls all external calls coming into ShoreTel extensions, hunt groups, workgroups, or their subsets. Calls are checked against a list of "nuisance" caller IDs, and are either disconnected or transferred to a designated extension. Incoming calls with no caller ID can be exempted, or checked for nuisance calls as configured.
