The ShoreTel ACT! Integration Application provides highly customizable screen pops and dialing integration with Sage ACT! for users to efficiently handle their business communications and manage their customer relationships. Screen pops display existing ACT! contact details or a link to create a new contact. The call control integration allows users to "click to dial" from within ACT! records. Moreover, the contact pop-ups link to extended ACT! data and ShoreTel call control features support user collaborations and promote seamless customer service.
