- Awarded ITT Five Star Award for Service Excellence and Sales.
- Foreseeing a market shift, BTS began looking for a system that emulated key system functionalities that would work well in car dealerships and had an excellent service track record.
- ITT began phasing out their phone system and BTS began moving towards Tadiran Phone Systems and marketing to larger customers including Hospitals and Car Dealerships.
