- Larry and Terry LaVorgna started Business Telecommunications Systems Inc. in 1981
- BTS became incorporated in 1981
- BTS sold their first ITT 3100 Phone System to a colleague from Flight Instruction School.
- Hired first part-time employee Danny DeGrote in 1982. Danny is one of our Lead Engineers today.
- 1985 BTS became ITT's Top Dealer
- Designed and installed many car dealerships, many of which are still customers of ours today.
